What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or book a solution assessment, we collect the details you provide: name, organisation, contact details and your description of the operation you need to improve.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement follows, to run it. We do not use enquiry details for marketing without your separate consent, and we do not sell personal information.
Evaluation data
Where you share a sample of your workflow for an assessment: an NDA is available before anything is shared, we take only the fields the workflow needs, transfer is secured, and the data is deleted after the assessment.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for [period — to be confirmed at legal review] and then deleted.
